Complaints Policy
Below is the process for filing a complaint:
Reporting of content that may be illegal or otherwise violates the Standards may be submitted to
All such reported complaints will be reviewed and resolved within seven business days.
The process for review will be to copy and paste the URL(s) for which you would like to file the complaint. All appeals will be redressed via email correspondence within 7 business days.
The potential outcomes of any investigations/reviews may be the removal of content or refund of membership fees.
